With a French & Swedish background, Thomas founded Lakeside in 2019 after a 15-year career in external talent sourcing. Starting as a Researcher, he became a Partner in 2009 in charge of international clients within a market leader in Paris. He has led over 300 sourcing assignments in most industries for clients globally.
The Lakeside story began with a vision of trust and client engagement, a passion for bringing people together, as well as a strong taste for innovation in an ever-changing industry.
Travelling between Paris, Brussels and Gothenburg in Sweden, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Modern Philosophy from the Sorbonne University in Paris. He speaks English, French, Swedish and German.
