Market and functional expertise is one of the keys to a successful sourcing input. We cover most of the industries as well as many different function groups, at local, regional and global level.
With a French & Swedish background, Thomas founded Lakeside after a 15 year career in external talent sourcing. Starting as a Researcher, he became a Partner in 2009 in charge of the international clients within a market leader in Paris. He has led over 300 sourcing assignments in most industries for clients globally.

The Lakeside story began with a vision of trust and client engagement, a passion for bringing people together aswell as a strong taste for innovation in an ever changing industry.

Travelling between Paris, Brussels and Gothenburg in Sweden, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Modern Philosophy from the Sorbonne University in Paris. He speaks English, French, Swedish and German.
